- Dull ache in groin or lower abdomen
Diagnosis
- Scrotal ultrasound
- Blood tumor markers (AFP, hCG, LDH)
Treatment Options
- Surgical removal of the testicle (orchiectomy)
- Retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND)
- Chemotherapy
- Radiation therapy
- Surveillance for low-risk cases
